Planner Finder

Planner Finder: three questions to your planner

With 1,034 free planners to choose from, it helps to narrow things down. Tell us who the planner is for, what you want it to do and how you like to use it, and we will show the six best matches.

1Who is it for?
2What do you want to do?
3Print or tablet?

How the finder chooses

Every planner is tagged by who it suits and what it helps you do. A budget planner is for you and helps you plan, a classroom jobs chart is for a classroom and helps you organize, and a reading journal helps you record. The finder gives the most weight to who the planner is for, then to what you want to do, and if you choose a tablet it only shows planners with a hyperlinked digital version.

Every match is free to download in A4 and US Letter, so it prints cleanly wherever you live, and you can see every page of a planner before you download it. If you plan to write on a tablet, pick "Use on a tablet" and open the digital PDF in any PDF annotation app; the clickable tabs make it easy to jump between sections. Save the matches you like with the heart to compare them later on your favorites page.

Nothing you choose is saved or sent anywhere. Not quite right? Try a different answer, use the search at the top of the page, or browse our curated collections.
