We would love to hear from you. Whether a download isn't working, you spotted a typo on a page or you have an idea for a new planner, just send us a note. There is no form to fill in: simply email us from your usual email app.

We are a small studio and usually reply within two business days (Monday to Friday). During busy seasons, such as the weeks before Ramadan or the start of the school year, it can take a little longer, but every message gets an answer.

What to include

• The name of the planner, or a link to its page.
• Which version you used: A4, US Letter or the digital PDF.
• The device and app you opened it with, if your question is about the digital version.

Before you write

• The PDF opened in my browser. Use the download or share icon in the PDF viewer to save it to your device.
• The pages print cut off. Choose "Actual size" or 100% in your print settings, and pick the A4 or US Letter file that matches your paper. Our printing guide walks through every setting.
• The tabs don't work in the digital PDF. Open the file in a PDF annotation app rather than a basic image viewer. Our tablet guide explains how.
• Questions about an Etsy order. Please message us through our Etsy shop so we can find your order quickly.

Planner requests

Many of our planners started as a reader's request. If you need a planner for a job, hobby or routine we don't cover yet, tell us what you would track on each page, and we will add it to our design list.
