FolarraStudio Editorial Policy
Last updated:
This page explains how FolarraStudio creates and reviews its free printable planners and planning guides, how we correct mistakes, and what we promise every visitor. FolarraStudio is run by its founder, Sufyan Abbasi, who designs the planners and writes the guides.
How planners are created
Every planner starts from a real routine: what a teacher needs for a school year, what a small shop owner tracks each week, what a family wants to remember about a holiday. The pages are designed around that routine, with a heading for every section, enough writing space for a pen and the same calm botanical style across the whole collection.
Each planner is designed separately for A4 and US Letter paper, and most also come as a hyperlinked digital PDF for tablets. The page names you see under "What's inside" and in the page previews come straight from the PDF, so the website always describes the file you download.
How planners are checked
- Every page of every PDF is checked by a script for its exact A4 or US Letter size.
- In the printable files, no text may sit closer than 0.2 inches to the edge of the page.
- The page count shown on the website is compared with the page count of each PDF file.
- Every download link is tested before an update goes live, so a planner page never points to a missing file.
How guides are written and reviewed
Our guides explain practical tasks such as printing, binding and planning routines. They are written from the way our own planners are designed and used, and they link to outside sources, such as paper size standards, where a fact comes from somewhere else. Each guide is checked for accuracy and US spelling before it is published, and it shows the date it was first published and the date it was last updated.
We do not publish reviews, testimonials or statistics that we cannot back up, and we do not write about topics outside planning and organization.
How we correct mistakes
If you find a mistake on a planner page, in a guide or inside a PDF, please email info@folarrastudio.com with the page address and what is wrong. We check every report. When a correction is needed, we fix the page or the file in the next update of the site, and the "Last updated" date on that page changes to show it.
Our promise: no sign-up, no email
Every single planner on this website is free to download for personal, family and classroom use. You never need to create an account, sign up for anything or give us your email address to download a planner. The site is supported by clearly labeled advertising and by optional paid bundles on our Etsy shop; buying a bundle is never required.
Advertising and independence
Advertising never decides what we design or write. Ads are kept away from download buttons, and the planners and guides are the same whether or not a page shows ads. Our privacy policy explains how advertising and analytics cookies work on this site.
